Kelly Lachelle Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, psychotherapist, and CEO of A Place 4 Me. With over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, she earned her degree from the University of South Carolina and is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Throughout her career, Kelly has provided compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families across diverse settings, building a reputation for clinical excellence and integrity.
Kelly is deeply committed to evidence-based treatment and achieving meaningful, lasting outcomes for her clients. As a leader, she is passionate about developing and guiding her staff to deliver exceptional care, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and results. Trelonnie Owens is a dedicated and experienced mental health professional with a strong academic background and over 10 years of practical experience in the field. After graduating from Wake Forest University with a degree in Speech Communications and excelling as a basketball player, Trelonnie pursued a Master's degree in Addiction Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Combining his academic excellence, personal drive, and professional expertise, Trelonnie is a compassionate therapist who is committed to helping individuals struggling with addiction achieve healing, growth, and recovery through evidence-based approaches.
